As in all things real estate, location is a key factor when choosing your new home.  You would think that with a Main Street address, this home would be a home with lots of traffic and congestion nearby but that is not the case.  Located just blocks from Emmett city center, the east end of Main Street is more residential than commercial but with many business, shopping, government, recreational and entertainment opportunities within walking distance.

Walk a few more blocks to the west along Main Street and you will find yourself amid the brick fronted shops, eateries, thrift stores, small businesses and offices that small town America is known for. Additional regional chain retailers and restaurants are a short drive to the South with the Emmett Library along the way.
