Updates & Maintenance

The current homeowners have maintained this property meticulously.  They have maintenance records, a transferable warranty on the roof, and a service contract in place for the HVAC system.

​

There is new plumbing to the sinks, new sinks, and new faucets.  All new appliances and slab granite in the kitchen.  New showers and quartz in the bathrooms.   New -REAL- factory heated and finished solid hardwood floors!  Freshly painted on the inside and maintenance-free vinyl on the outside, with aluminum fascia and wrapped posts.

The gas fireplace was cleaned and refurbished just last year. Works like new and puts out a great amount of heat.

The HVAC system has been under an annual service agreement, providing spring and fall maintenance yearly. It is current and paid through the year, and is transferable to the new owner.  The system was replaced is 8 years ago and still works like new!

The Roof was replaced in 2016 by KB Roofing Inc. It is still under warranty and is transferrable to new owner. 

​

The pump has had the impellers rebuilt and brushes checked every 2 years.  The sprinkler system has new valves.

 

All the big things in and around this home have been updated or replaced. This home is move-in ready!
