Lexington Hills

Located in Idaho, just outside the capital city of Boise, Lexington Hills subdivision is considered one of “most desirable and established subdivisions in the City of Eagle”.  As one of the first large scale developments to be located in Eagle, Lexington Hills set the highest of standards for future developments in the area.  The 330 acre site contains 634 homes built by some of Idaho’s finest builders and approximately 40 acres of common area.  Common area amenities include plenty of grassy open space, waterfalls, ponds, creeks, mature landscaping and 3 miles of walking paths.  Residents also enjoy picnic areas, a basketball court and fishing in the neighborhood ponds.  Lexington Hills is located in the West Ada School district and features a grade school within the neighborhood and is minutes away from Eagle Middle and High School.
