 Whether you like to just relax in the serenity of the rural acreage, or entertain a crowd, the backyard space lends itself to creating lasting memories with family and friends.  The northwest facing backyard beckons summer as spacious lush lawn  makes room for play.  The outdoor raised deck from which you can enjoy a sunrise or a sunset,  is a great space to enjoy an evening meal, a cool drink or relaxing cup of coffee before beginning a busy day.

Do you love to garden?  Farm-to-table living at its best here! There are 4 raised garden beds for an abundance of vegetable and herbs for the season. Rows of corn, raspberries and  strawberries.  Two apple trees; Fuji and Honey Crisp.  Two peach trees that produced 100 quarts of canned peaches!  And plenty of room to plant more.

Perhaps you would like to have chickens or goats?  Or a couple of horses?  No problem!  No HOA or CCR's.  The back lot is currently used as a pasture for their son's horses which is their neighbor!
