Directly to the south, across the river, lies Eagle Island State Park--a 545 acre day-use park. With one access of Linder Road and an upcoming access directly to the west of this home, Eagle Island features a waterslide, picnic area, swimming beach and several miles of horseback, biking, or jogging trails.
To the North, across State Street, is a popular business district called Eagle Island Crossing. This park includes a private arts school, a coffee shop, a yoga center, financial planners and accountants, a day spa, and more. Eagle High School is just down the street.
Five minutes to the east of the property is the downtown area of Eagle providing convenient access to shopping, banking, medical/dental care, restaurants, city government, public library plus a variety business professionals.
Just a short drive to the south and west of the property, you will find the Eagle Island business district anchored by Fred Meyer and home to a number of small shops, banks and restaurants. The new Meridian LDS (Mormon) temple site can be seen from the Eagle Island business district.
